At Steadfast Christian Counseling, we do not take insurance. We want our clients and therapists to be in control of the length, frequency, and type of therapy they receive. When you use an insurance carrier, they can often dictate the type, duration, and frequency of therapy sessions. Second, we believe in your privacy and protection. Insurance companies require that practitioners make a “mental health diagnosis” before payment is made. By being out-of-network and/or private pay, we afford our clients the highest level of privacy, flexibility, and control of their medical records.

Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service via our secure client portal. We can also provide you with a “superbill” that can be forwarded to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. 

Our session rate is $167 for individual sessions and $230 for couples’ sessions. The initial Session is $196.
